Service Prices are estimates and may change depending on the time and/or amount of product needed to complete your service. Variables that may require extra time or extra product include (but are not limited to):
The length, density, and texture of your hair: Very long, thick, or porous hair may require more time to cut and style. It may also require more color product to get you to your desired result.
The state of your hair when you arrive: We ask that you arrive to your appointment with your hair worn down, dry, and fully detangled from scalp to ends. If your hair is tangled or matted, an additional charge of $50 per half hour spent detangling will be added to your total. In cases of significant tangling, we may require you to reschedule your service to accommodate for the time needed to detangle.
We are committed to price transparency and will communicate anticipated costs in our consultation with you before your service.
A card on file is required to reserve an appointment. Cards are stored securely through our payment processor. A deposit of 50% of the estimated service cost is required for all online bookings, and may also be required for new clients or services over 2 hours when booking by phone. Deposits are applied toward your service at checkout and are fully refundable up until 48 hours before the scheduled service time should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
We will send a confirmation text and/or email 7 days before your scheduled appointment. You may confirm, cancel, or reschedule directly from your confirmation text by replying Yes to confirm, X to cancel, or R to reschedule — as long as your appointment is more than 48 hours away. If your appointment is less than 48 hours away, the system will not be able to process a text response and you will need to contact us directly.
Clients who have not responded to their confirmation or who are not opted in to notifications will receive a phone call from our team. If we are unable to reach you to confirm your appointment by the business day prior, we reserve the right to release your appointment time. In that event, any held deposit will be rolled over to your next scheduled appointment or refunded upon request.
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us by phone at (602) 248-0077. If no one is available to take your call, you may leave a voicemail — voicemails are accepted as valid notice to cancel or reschedule, and the time of your voicemail will be used to determine applicable fees. Appointments cannot be cancelled or rescheduled via text message, unless responding to your confirmation text as described above.
Cancellations:
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time are free of charge. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time are subject to a fee of 50% of the total scheduled service cost, or forfeiture of any held deposit.
Rescheduling:
Rescheduling requests made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time are free of charge. Requests made between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time are subject to a $25 rescheduling fee. Requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time are subject to a fee of 50% of the total scheduled service cost, or forfeiture of any held deposit.
No-shows:
If you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment, a fee of 50% of the total scheduled service cost will be charged, or any held deposit will be forfeited.
If you are running late, please call us as soon as possible so your stylist can plan accordingly. We will always do our best to accommodate our guests; however, we can only work with the time available. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes past their scheduled appointment time may need to be rescheduled to another available time in order to accommodate their service. In the event an appointment must be rescheduled due to a late arrival, a fee of 50% of the total scheduled service cost will apply.
We understand that life happens — accidents, illness, and emergencies are sometimes unavoidable. We will always do our best to accommodate these situations with grace. These occurrences are noted in your client record to help us distinguish genuine emergencies from a pattern of last-minute changes. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in a deposit being required to book future appointments, or refusal of service.
